Refund Policy

At Bridge Research Consulting, we are committed to providing you with products and services that meet your expectations for quality, deadline compliance, and adherence to instructions. However, if we fall short in delivering these promises, you may be entitled to a full or partial refund, based on this Refund Policy. Every refund request is carefully evaluated on a case-by-case basis to ensure fairness. In unique situations, we may also deviate from this policy if it benefits you, understanding that certain scenarios may not be fully covered here.


When You Are Entitled to a Refund

  • No Writer Assigned/No Work Started
    If your order has not yet been assigned to a writer and no work is in progress, you are entitled to a 100% refund of the funds in your account balance. To request a refund, visit your personal account page under the "Balance" tab and select "Request a refund of your balance."
  • Writer Assigned, but You Cancelled the Order
    If a writer has been assigned to your project and you choose to cancel, the refund amount depends on the progress made:
    • 100% refund if no work has begun or the cancellation occurs immediately after assignment.
    • Partial refund (20% to 90%) based on the amount of work completed by the writer at the time of cancellation. The closer the project is to completion, the lower the refund will be. Each case will be individually assessed to ensure fairness.
  • Missed Deadline
    If we fail to meet the agreed-upon deadline and the delay is due to our fault (not caused by waiting for information from you), you may be entitled to a partial refund. The refund amount will depend on how significantly the delay impacted your project. Our customer service team will work with you to determine the appropriate compensation.
  • Dissatisfaction with Quality
    Our system allows you to review and approve parts of the product before the final payment is released. As a result, refund claims based on quality will not be accepted after you have approved the product. Please ensure you carefully review the work at each stage before releasing funds.
  • Unacceptable Quality During Review
    If you are unhappy with the quality during the review phase and haven’t approved the final product, you can request revisions. If, after revisions, the quality still doesn't meet agreed-upon standards, you may be eligible for a partial or full refund, depending on the issue.
  • Duplicate Orders
    In the event of placing duplicate orders by mistake, contact us immediately. If no work has begun on the duplicate order, you will receive a 100% refund. If work has started on both orders, the refund will be based on the amount of progress made on each order.
  • Plagiarism Claims
    We take plagiarism seriously. If you find substantial plagiarism (excluding properly cited sources) in your delivered product, you are entitled to a full refund upon providing verified proof. All plagiarism claims must be substantiated with clear evidence.
  • No Refund on Tips
    Tips provided to writers are non-refundable. These are voluntary and considered separate from the service payment.

Special Circumstances

Although this policy covers many common refund scenarios, we understand that unique situations may arise. If your situation is not explicitly addressed here, we encourage you to contact our customer support team. We handle all refund requests with fairness and flexibility and may deviate from the policy to ensure a positive outcome for you.


Unclaimed Balance Policy

We advise you to claim or use any positive balance within one year of your last deposit. To manage your balance, we follow these steps:

  • After 275 days of inactivity, we will send you an email reminding you of your current balance and urging you to claim or use the funds.
  • You will have 90 additional days to take action and claim or use your balance.
  • After 365 days of inactivity, your balance will be forfeited. However, we reserve the right to restore forfeited funds in exceptional cases. If you believe your situation qualifies, please contact our support team.

Refund Processing Timeline

Once a refund is confirmed, Bridge Research Consulting will process it within 4-6 business days. Keep in mind the following:

  • Refunds are issued via the original payment method used when placing your order.
  • We are not responsible for any additional bank fees, processing delays, or issues related to your bank's services.
  • Please check with your bank for any potential processing time and fees related to refunds.

  • Refunds are contingent on the project’s stage and specific circumstances.
  • Review all work carefully before releasing funds to ensure satisfaction with the product.
  • Unclaimed balances will be forfeited after one year of inactivity, but reminders will be sent before that time.
