What is Pragmatism Research Philosophy?

"Recognize that there are many diverse ways of perceiving the world and conducting research, that no single point of view can ever-present the whole picture, and that there may be numerous realities," according to pragmatics.

The most essential factor of the research philosophy, according to pragmatic research philosophy, is the research question. According to the nature of the research subject, pragmatics might combine both positivist and interpretivist viewpoints within the framework of a single study.

Unlike positivism and interpretivism research philosophies, pragmatism research philosophy can integrate multiple research methodologies and research strategies within the same study, as seen in the table below. Furthermore, investigations based on the pragmatic research philosophy can employ a variety of research methods, including qualitative, quantitative, and action research.

Architects can be compared to pragmatist management researchers. Pragmatists employ whatever mix of methodologies is necessary to obtain answers to research issues, just as architects use whatever materials and procedures are necessary to build the building they planned on paper. At the same time, it should be stressed that pragmatists do not have to use many approaches; rather, they use the method or combination of methodologies that best advance a particular topic.
